Target Undercuts Rivals with New Shipping Policy
Target last month lowered its free-shipping threshold from $50 to $25, now with virtually no exclusions.The move undercuts competitors Amazon.com and Best Buy, which offer free ground shipping with orders of at least $35, and Walmart, which requires a minimum $50 spend to qualify for free shipping.
