Supervalu last week completed the sale of the Albertsons, Acme, Jewel-Osco and Shaw's/Star Market chains to AB Acquisition LLC.AB Acquisition LLC is an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, the firm that led the investor consortium making the acquisition.
