Institute Research: Shopper Behavior Monitor, Fall 2020

In September 2020, the Path to Purchase Institute fielded an online survey of 1,024 consumers in the U.S. Respondents were required to be the primary decision-maker for shopping in their households and to have made at least one shopping trip in the previous week. Respondents were recruited to be representative of gender, generation and geographic region distributions.A topline report on some of the key findings from the survey was published in the December 2020 editon of Path to Purchase IQ.
