Delhaize America CEO Out
Delhaize America chief executive officer Roland Smith has resigned after less than one year in the position.Smith's departure was announced simultaneously with the news that Frans Muller had been named ceo of parent Delhaize Group to replace Pierre-Oliver Beckers, who is retiring on Nov. 8.
