Job Description:

  • Assist in preparation of inquiries, quotations and production authorizations
  • Work with Account Managers on new and existing sales opportunities
  • Perform account reviews, client follow up and forecasting documents
  • Create and present client power-point presentations
  • Manage orders through the supply chain process
  • Maintain organized customer job folders and files
  • Assemble/set-up sales POP display samples
  • Participate in creative design meetings
  • Attend weekly client tracking meetings
  • Assist Marketing group with client and industry research tasks
  • Attend industry trade shows and assist in booth management
  • Perform store checks and locate product samples
  • Support photo shoot database cataloging
  • Learn manufacturing processes and materials knowledge via vendor visits
  • Acquire product and industry knowledge from experienced co-workers
  • Learn to read cost sheets and generate creative briefs
